Payments and shipments
You can pay with:
Credit card, wallet, domestic circuits: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Poste Pay, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, and the main international payment wallets such as Alipay, Wechatpay, Googlepay, Paypal and others, as well as with the main domestic solutions.
Bank transfer: for orders over 2000 euros and/or bespoke or made-to-order items, Design Italy also accepts bank transfers. Bank information will be sent to you via e-mail from our Customer Service that you can contact at firstname.lastname@example.org
Design Italy guarantees a safe and punctual shipping service in over 200 countries worldwide thanks to a careful selection of partners, couriers and international forwarders. From the purchased item place of production to your address, your orders will always be tracked and delivered on schedule.
For special needs and shipping conditions, you can contact Customer Service before paying the order. We will check the possibility of offering personalized "White Gloves" delivery services.
Shipping costs may be charged to the customer. In this case they are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation.
Customs duties are automatically calculated during the purchase process and indicated in the cart. For special shipments (e.g. orders over 30kg, high jewelry), if costs and duties are not reported in the cart, you will be contacted by Customer Service.
It is our intention to be transparent and simplify the purchasing process for the customer as much as possible. Therefore we take charge of any customs procedures that may be required. The shipping cost at your expense will be "all inclusive" compared to the requested shipment.
Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery area. Several items are available and ready for shipment in 24 hours, while others are made-to-order or customized. The customized products or products that are specifically made for you require longer processing times, which will be estimated by Customer Service. Our Customer Service will keep you updated during processing and will inform you when your item is ready to be shipped.
