Do I need to register in order to purchase on Design Italy?

No, it is not necessary to register, but we advise you to do so to simplify the purchase process and have access to some advantages (tracking of the shipment, saving your data for future purchases, news and previewed initiatives).

Are the products available immediately?

Design Italy works hard to guarantee the shipment as quickly as possible. Delivery times are always indicated in the product data sheets. For personalized items or items made specifically for you, shipping times are estimated by our Customer Service that will keep you updated on the status of processing and shipping. Before purchasing an item, always check the shipping times indicated on each product sheet.

I purchased products from different designers in the same order. What happens?

Your products will be delivered to you with a dedicated shipment for each designer. Always check the shipping times indicated on each product sheet.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, it is not possible to change or cancel the order. We advise you to check the details of your order before proceeding with the payment.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs may be charged to the customer. In this case they are always indicated in the order summary, before payment confirmation. Customs duties are automatically calculated during purchase process and indicated in the cart. For special shipments (e.g. orders over 30kg, high jewelry), if costs and duties are not reported in the cart, you will be contacted by Customer Service. It is our intention to be transparent and simplify purchase process for the customer as much as possible. Therefore we take charge of any customs procedures that may be required. The shipping cost at your expense will be "all inclusive" compared to the requested shipment.

Who delivers my order?

Design Italy relies on the best international forwarders and couriers to deliver in over 200 countries. You will always be informed about your orders time of shipment and expected delivery date to guarantee a punctual and safe service.

Can I return an item I purchased?

You can return any product purchased on Design Italy within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The items must be returned intact, in the same condition in which they were received, with their labels and original packaging included. Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted. For further information, see the Returned products section.

Are all items Made in Italy?

Yes, all the items on Design Italy website are Made in Italy. Design Italy carefully selects its partners (designers, artisans, companies) and all products for sale on the website are subject to a check that verifies their authenticity.

Can items be customized?

Many of the items on Design Italy are customizable. Personalization, whether possible, is always indicated in the product sheet of each article. You can request a customization through the product form or by contacting customercare@designitaly.com

Can I request a custom-made item?

Yes. If you do not find the perfect item for you on the website, you can ask for a product to be made specifically. Send an e-mail with details of your request to customercare@designitaly.com
